Shipping Policy
Estimated time = Shipping processing time + Shipping delivery time.
I. Processing time: Within 1-3 Business Days (including: Quality control, Packing & Sorting).
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We will reserve a tracking# from USPS once the order is placed, which means the shipping status may be stopped at "PRE-SHIPMENT" or "Label Created, not yet in system" around 5 business days before the package arrives at our distribution center in CA, US.
II. Shipping Delivery Time:
- Free Shipping: 15-20 Business Days - FREE (order $79+ )
- Standard Shipping: 15-20 Business Days - $11.99
- Express Shipping: 10-15 Business Days - $19.99
PS:
- Shipping Zone does not include territories and uninhabited island possessions.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- If you have a tracking number, customer service has the right not to reply to your email within the estimated time.
Something you need to know before ordering:
For successful delivery, please write your complete address, including Apt# Street, City, State, and your mobile number. If your address is a house or doesn’t include an apt number, please just leave it blank (please don’t add "N/A", "house," or "none" to your address). Recheck the address during the checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
Updesignn cannot be responsible for accurate shipping times and will not offer full refunds if an order arrives later than expected.
Updesignn is not responsible for Customs House Taxes, which may occur according to local regulations.
Updesignn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.
